Service terms and availability notice
Use x402card only where lawful and only after verifying the current public configuration, provider availability, payment requirements, fees, and wallet prompts. API readiness does not guarantee that public card issuance is enabled.
Effective: 2026-07-12. Public card issuance is disabled at this date. Jurisdiction-specific provider and operator terms must be approved before broader issuance.
Service scope
x402card provides wallet authentication, x402 payment-order handling, settlement recording, and provider-card operations when enabled. Provider card services, blockchain infrastructure, and facilitator operations can have separate terms and availability.
Eligibility and availability
You are responsible for complying with applicable age, sanctions, geography, tax, card-program, and other legal requirements. No universal geography, KYC status, merchant acceptance, uninterrupted availability, or card issuance is promised.
Wallet responsibility
You control the wallet and must protect its private keys. Review every signature and x402 payment requirement. x402card will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. An authorized wallet signature is treated as an instruction from that wallet.
Money states and timing
USDC settlement and provider card credit are separate events. Funding can be delayed, retried, failed, or held for operator review. Do not treat a pending or settled x402 response as proof that a card has already been credited.
Fees and limits
Current public values are shown on the fees and limits page and in the API config. Provider terms may change and are revalidated before money acceptance. Network or wallet costs outside x402card may also apply.
Prohibited use
Do not use x402card for fraud, stolen credentials, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlawful goods or services, abuse of card networks or providers, security attacks, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or provider rules.
Risk and service changes
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Wallet software, networks, facilitators, card providers, and merchants can fail or reject an operation. x402card may pause issuance or money acceptance when safety, provider, liquidity, reconciliation, or compliance gates do not pass.
Security reports
Report sensitive vulnerabilities to security@x402card.org. Do not publish card data, credentials, private keys, or exploitable money-path details.
